Output: 75 to 80 quintals/ha.
The harvest is carried out manually, in baskets of 15 to 20 kg. The vineyards are located in the Primera Zona where malbec offers itself in its maximum expression.
The ideal wine to go with red hearty meat dishes and flavoured sauces.
Storage: more than 5 years.
We recommend to drink it between 16ºC and 18ºC
