Output: 75 quintals/ha.
The harvest is carried out manually, in baskets of 15 to 20 kg., the vineyards are located within the area that surrounds the Mendoza River, giving an excellent microclimate for the development of this variety.
The ideal wine to go with red hearty meat dishes and flavoured sauces.
Storage: more than 5 years.
We recommend to drink it between 16ºC and 18ºC
