Traditional Italian Style Aceto. 
Available in 250cc and 500cc glass bottles. 

While Vinager is derived from Alcoholic liquid, Aceto is obteined directly from the grape must (grape juice): it ferments and oxidizes naturally. Out of 100kg of grapes, 70 liters of fresh must are obtained, which when cooked are reduced to 30 liters of this product, that presents a delicate balance between flavor and aroma.
