Brut Nature Sparkling Wine
Appellation: Lujan de Cuyo, Mendoza. Varietal Composition: 70% Chardonnay, 30% Chenin. Elaboration Method: Charmat. In this method, the second fermentation is carried out in tanks of stainless steel of 10hl. During this process, the wine rests during a minimum period of 7 months in contact with selected French yeasts. Afterwards, the sparkling wine is bottled and stowed in the underground vaults for its final rest, during 6 more months. Color: Clean and brilliant, of golden pale yellow color with greenish / golden sparkles. Delicate, fine, agile bubbles and of good volume. Aroma: Delicate notes to apple, lime and pineapple. Smooth and elegant, with a reminiscent smell to honey. Mouth: Fresh, of citrus fruit-bearing attack. Very rounded, stable and of very good acidity. Persistent, delicate and elegant bubbles. Food Combination: Ideal as aperitif or to accompany entrances, shellfish and chocolate desserts. Total Sugar: 4,9 gr/lt. Alcohol: 12,5% v/v Temp. Serving: Between 7 and 9ºC.
