Delicate, fine, agile bubbles and of good volume. Aroma: Delicate notes of nuts and almonds, conjugating peaches with the suggestion of honey and bakery fragances. Mouth: Fresh, of citrus fruit-bearing attack, with notes to nut. Round and stable, of elegant bubbles and of long persistence in mouth. Food Combination: Ideal as aperitif or to accompany entrances, shellfish and grilled pizza. Total Sugar: 9,5 gr/lt. Alcohol: 12,6% v/v Temp. Serving: Between 7 and 9ºC.
