Malbec Sparkling Wine
Appellation: Lujan de Cuyo, Mendoza. Varietal Composition: 100% Malbec. Elaboration Method: Charmat. In this method, the second fermentation is carried out in tanks of stainless steel of 10hl. During this process, the wine rests during a minimum period of 7 months in contact with selected French yeasts. Afterwards, the sparkling wine is bottled and stowed in the underground vaults for its final rest, during 6 more months. Color: Clean, brilliant and very deep. Red color, tinged with purple sparkles. Delicate, fine, agile bubbles and of good volume. Expressive and very elegant. Aroma: Floral fragrances to roses, with a fund of blackberries and figs. Calid and pleasant, with a spiced reminiscence. Mouth: Spiced (pepper) and herbaceous. Very good acidity and delicate bubble. Round and stable. Of great untuosity and long persistence, leaving a floral memory. Food Combination: Ideal as aperitif or to accompany sazonated or grilled pork and red meats. Also, ripe fruits desserts and cooked pears with malbec sauce. Total Sugar: 15 gr/lt. Alcohol: 12,6% v/v Temp. Serving: Between 7 and 9ºC.
