Sweet Late Harvest Sparkling Wine
Appellation: Lujan de Cuyo, Mendoza. Varietal Composition: 100% Torrontés (from Lavalle region) Elaboration Method: In this method, only one fermentation is carried out in tanks of stainless steel of 10hl. During this process, the wine rests during a minimum period of 7 months in contact with selected French yeasts. Afterwards, the sparkling wine is bottled and stowed in the underground vaults for its final rest, during 6 more months. Color: Clean and brilliant, of very pale yellow color with greenish reflections. Delicate, fine, agile bubbles and of good volume. Aroma: Notes to fruits (peach), syrup and toasted almonds. Fresh and very complex, standing out the honey and the banana. Mouth: Sweet, with note to damascus and peach, with a persistent memory to honey. Very stable, with body and of good acidity. Food Combination: Ideal to accompany blue cheeses, desserts and cakes with fruits. Total Sugar: 62,63 gr/lt. Alcohol: 11 % v/v Temp. Serving: Between 6 and 8ºC.
